We acknowledge that we have read and understand the rules of Wydown Fortnightly 8th Grade-2026 and that we agree to comply with them.

Photo Release
I agree that Wydown Fortnightly 8th Grade-2026 and ESTL, organizers or facilitators may use photographs of my child taken during the Wydown Fortnightly 8th Grade-2026 programs for any lawful purpose including publicity, illustration, and web content.

Indemnity Agreement
In consideration of the acceptance by The Wydown Fortnightly and Etiquette Saint Louis of our son/daughter
________________________as a student in The Wydown Fortnightly programs, and of similar
agreements by the parents of other students, we agree to indemnify instructors and agents (including
persons serving as chaperones at each program) of The Wydown Fortnightly, its directors and officers,
against loss, damage or expense resulting from any claim or suit brought against The Wydown Fortnightly,
Etiquette Saint Louis or any said persons:

1. For any injury or damage which our son or daughter may sustain during or after a program
sponsored by The Wydown Fortnightly, and
2. For any injury or damage sustained by any person or property alleged to be caused in whole or
in part by the conduct of our son or daughter occurring during or after a sponsored program.

We acknowledge that we have read the rules contained in the invitation, have discussed the rules between
ourselves and with our son or daughter and we agree to comply with the rules and dress code of The Wydown Fortnightly
for the conduct of these programs and to use the rules by our son or daughter.
We also understand that no refunds will be issued once our student is registered for the Wydown Fortnightly Program.
I understand that dates, times, locations, and delivery methods may be adjusted as needed.
This agreement shall remain in effect while our child is a student in any of the programs run by The Wydown
Fortnightly during the current and succeeding seasons.
